We teach motivated teens how to...
- Develop 21st century WORKPLACE, CREATIVE, and TECH skills through a Team Design Event called the MINI-HACKATHON.
- Use those skills on a RESUME in a way that gives them a COMPETITIVE EDGE in their desired workplace.

4. What if my teen doesn't have tech expertise or feel creative? Would this still be worth their time?
YES! This 5-DAY RESUME-BUILDING MINI-HACKATHON CHALLENGE is a safe space to explore, build, and even 1st time try skill sets in which they are not strong nor feel confident. No grades. No final product that is evaluated for credit. It's an opportunity to work with other teens, get workplace, creative, and tech training, and take some risks in their own development.
